Our Training Programme
We are a recognised training organisation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Platinum trainee-development firm with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Our three-year training programme is designed to be a hands-on experience, empowering you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of financial services. We are focussed on providing an environment where you can thrive and develop both personally and professionally. How it works
Students from the Falkland Islands will rotate across our offices in Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, and the Falkland Islands. This unique opportunity will give students both a well-rounded experience and a thorough grasp of three very different jurisdictions.
Our training programme is currently open to anyone who is a university graduate, preferably in finance but any degree discipline will be considered.
We also welcome apprenticeship candidates who have completed sixth form, T Levels, or have graduated from college.
We recruit throughout the year, but due to the timing of the course programmes, we generally look for a joining date in August through to end of October. We recommend that you follow us on our social media platforms to stay up to date on any potential vacancies.
