Our Training Programme
We are a recognised training organisation and a Platinum trainee development firm with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Our three-year training programme is designed to be a hands-on experience, empowering you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of financial services. We are focussed on providing an environment where you can thrive and develop both personally and professionally. How it works
Students from the Falkland Islands will have exposure to our clients in Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, and the Falkland Islands, with the possibility of future travel between the jurisdictions. This unique opportunity will give students both a well-rounded experience and a thorough grasp of three very different jurisdictions.
There are two entry routes available for our training programme. We welcome apprenticeship candidates who have completed sixth form, T Levels, or have graduated from college.
Our programme is also open to anyone who is a university graduate, preferably in finance, but any degree discipline will be considered.
We recruit throughout the year, but due to the timing of the course programmes, we generally look for a joining date in August through to end of October. We recommend that you follow us on our social media platforms to stay up to date on any potential vacancies.
