Neville is Head of Group Finance and Governance at Moore Dixon, a Corporate Governance Practitioner and Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI), holding the designation ACG, with more than 35 years of executive leadership experience across finance, governance and business operations.
He joined Moore Dixon in September 2024, where he oversees the firm’s finance, governance and information technology functions. He provides strategic leadership across these areas, supporting strong financial management, effective governance frameworks and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Moore Dixon, Neville held senior finance positions across Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa. Following his relocation to the Isle of Man with his family in 2003, he developed extensive experience within the international financial services sector, working across the Isle of Man, Malta, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
Throughout his career, Neville has led high-performing teams, strengthened financial controls and governance structures, and aligned financial strategy with wider organisational objectives. He has also served as an Executive Director on both client and in-house boards, providing strategic direction, governance oversight and financial stewardship.
His extensive international experience and technical expertise in finance, corporate governance and regulated business environments enable him to provide commercial insight, strategic leadership and sound decision-making in complex and evolving business environments.
