Bio

Tracey joined Moore Dixon in September 2025 as International Head of Office for the Falkland Islands, taking the lead in delivering high-quality financial and professional services tailored to the unique needs of the local community. She also oversees the Chartered Accountancy training programme, designed to nurture the next generation of finance professionals and provide Falkland Islands students with clear opportunities for rewarding careers in the financial sector.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Reading and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Her early career began at a Top 10 accounting firm, followed by a move to a Big 4 firm, where she developed expertise in both external and internal audit. Her experience spans charities, higher and further education institutions, SMEs, and a leading multinational technology company, earning her recognition for adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to professional excellence.

With over a decade of senior management experience in the public sector, Tracey has held positions, including Head of Core Finance and Head of Financial & Management Accounting. In these roles, she contributed to strategic financial operations and business planning, supporting organisations’ operational effectiveness.

Since moving to the Falkland Islands in 2021, she has served as Head of Finance and then Financial Secretary for the Falkland Islands Government, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance and supporting the Island’s growth and development. In 2024, she further expanded her impact by founding her own consultancy firm, providing strategic financial guidance to local organisations and government entities.
